HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICE

Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am and 5 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.

MEALS

Lunch & Dinner: For lunch and dinner, our caretaker will be happy to assist you in preparing your meals. Please note that the cost of groceries will be charged as per actuals. To ensure smooth meal preparation, kindly inform us in advance so that our guest relations person can help in arranging the required groceries ahead of time.

Alternative Option: Swiggy and Zomato delivers directly to the property for added convenience.

MONTHLY STAYS

We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays at our villa in Anjuna - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, laundry of linen & towels, water tanker, and diesel for the GENSET).

Pet Policies and rules:
Security Deposit: An additional INR 10,000/- security deposit per pet will be charged for any damages.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per villa.
Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the pool or off-leash in common areas.
Pet Essentials: Please bring your pet’s bedding and toys to ensure their comfort.
Outdoor Play: Pets are welcome in the lawns, but please wash their paws and fur before bringing them back indoors.
Cleaning: You’re responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste properly.
Supervision: Always supervise your pet outdoors, especially after dark, as there may be wildlife or other hazards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates:

0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)

Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.

Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)

0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.

Credit Note Terms:

1. The credit note must be used to Stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking

2. The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.

3. To redeem/transfer the credit note, please email Reservations@thebluekite.com along with details. Any difference in the amount must be pre-paid to confirm the new booking.

4. No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.

Excellent place for a family to stay. Located in north Goa and easily accessible to all the restaurants and beaches. Very responsive and the caretaker Putun was very good, she took very good care of us and served excellent breakfast. Each dish was very tasty.
Overall, would definitely recommend to book your villa through Blue Kite.

We (3 adults and 2 kids under 6) stayed at villa 8 from Jan 5-10th. It was exceptional experience. Pandurang and his team of care takers especially Putul was really great. From breakfast to pool to private chef for meals are all truly fantastic. The property is well maintained and the cleanliness and service were really great! Honestly, we had no complaints in any department.
