This beautiful duplex apartment in North Goa features an attached balcony and is located in Assagao, conveniently close to the famous towns and beaches of Anjuna and Vagator. With the capacity to accommodate 4 guests, it's an ideal holiday home for families. The apartment boasts a fully functional kitchen with a dining area, along with 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the apartment also has an inverter for the frequent power cuts in Goa (no generator).

We are close to restaurants like Bawri, Baba au Rhum, Olive Bar & Kitchen, and Gunpowder. Vagator beach is a 10-minute drive from the property. Oxford Supermarket is also a 10-minute drive from our apartment in Assagao.

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Daily housekeeping occurs between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including fresh towels and linens replenished every 3 nights to help us conserve water.

MEALS
We can arrange for a chef on call, whose service can be booked directly (groceries at cost and a cooking charge based on your requirements). Please inform us in advance so we can ensure someone is available during your stay. Alternatively, you can order in

NETWORK
While cellular coverage for Vi, Airtel, and Jio may be limited, we prioritize your connectivity with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please note, the network is subject to availability.

Please Note: The maintenance work will be taking place at the property, that includes drilling and roof top waterproofing. There will be construction sound and labors walking around the property till end of May 2025.

I recently stayed with blue kite again, due to my work trips to goa which are frequent i always stay with bike kite- there is genuinely no other b and b that comes even close to the service and attention to details and warmth in comparison to blue kite. Others, To hosting and overall experiance Agnelo is a superb property manager. Always available to sort out any Challenge, gives me confidence to never look away to any other property. I find that me and my family are comfortable safe and any issue is attended to with promptness.
Mr Anand who handles El Rossa maybe us feel right at home. These guys are assets to this organisation and they manage the property in a superb manner. Pawan is a new kid I met on my last trip to El Tesoro i must say for some small matters even late at night he was super helpful
Without a doubt ny next trip will be with blue kite again
