HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES

Housekeeping for our luxury villas for rent in Goa, is available once a day between 10 am and 5 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to conserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request, with a maximum of once every 3 nights.

MEALS

Our pricing does not include meals. However, we can assist in arranging a cook/chef for you, whom you'll pay directly for their services (groceries on actuals and a cooking charge depending on your requirements). Please inform us in advance so we can ensure availability during your stay.

MONTHLY STAYS

We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays at our 2 bedroom villa in Goa with a private pool - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, WiFi, laundry of linen & towels, and water tanker).

Please Note: Construction is underway in our adjacent neighborhood, and daytime work is expected to continue.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates:

0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)

Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.

Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)

0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.

Credit Note Terms:

1. The credit note must be used to Stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking

2. The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.

3. To redeem/transfer the credit note, please email Reservations@thebluekite.com along with details. Any difference in the amount must be pre-paid to confirm the new booking.

4. No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.

Amazing stay with super hospitality

Even though the apartment is located in the heart of Assagao, it serves as a great staycation, away from the hustle bustle! A great spot for family, friends or a couple! The villa is beautifully and tastefully done up annd the staff is very polite and helpful! All the restaurants are close by. It serves as a great relaxing spot and really helps to unwind! Would love to stay here again! :)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at La Soria in Goa. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Dattaraj ensured the check-in process was smooth and quick. The property itself is extremely clean, well maintained, cozy and an overall beautiful setup. It truly felt like a home away from home. Special shoutout to the housekeeping staff for going above and beyond by sorting and arranging all our food items, etc. Truly appreciated it! I have stayed at a few of Blue Kite's properties in Goa and I am a fan - strongly recommend it to all.
