The spacious lobby opens up to a large open verandah that overlooks the private garden, connecting the two wings of the house. To your right, you will find the living-dining and kitchen area, adorned with tall wooden windows that open to the garden. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy showcasing their culinary skills while on vacation. The ground floor features a powder room and one en-suite bedroom, each providing direct access to the garden and outdoors. Ascend the staircase to the first floor, where you will discover three more bedrooms. The master bedroom, situated to the left of the stairs, opens to the private pool on the property, offering a seamless blend of luxury and relaxation. The remaining two bedrooms are located to the right of the stairs, accessible via a footbridge within the house. The property also includes a staff quarters where the live-in caretaker resides, ensuring that the villa is meticulously maintained from morning till evening.
HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Our two caretakers will clean the house once a day, maintain the garden, and prepare breakfast for you. If you desire a meal to be cooked at the villa in Assagao, simply provide the ingredients, and they can prepare it for you for a small additional fee. Towels and linens are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to conserve water, we change towels and linens only upon request with a maximum frequency of every 3 nights.
