Housekeeping for the studio apartment for rent in Goa includes cleaning once a day between 10 am to 6 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.
MEALS
Our pricing does not include meals. However, we can help arrange a cook whom you pay directly for their services (groceries on actuals and “a making” charge which depends on your requirements). Please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure somebody is available during your stay. Else, Swiggy delivers to the building.
MONTHLY STAYS
We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays at our studio apartment in Goa - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, WIFI, Tata Sky, water, laundry of linen & towels).
NETWORK
Please note that Jio works well in the area but VI and Airtel have very limited range (Inside the studio apartment for rent in Goa, hence WiFi is provided)..
Pet Policies and rules:

Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the pool or off-leash in common areas.
Pet Essentials: Please bring your pet’s bedding and toys to ensure their comfort.
Outdoor Play: Pets are welcome in the lawns, but please wash their paws and fur before bringing them back indoors.
Cleaning: You’re responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste properly.
Supervision: Always supervise your pet outdoors, especially after dark, as there may be wildlife or other hazards.
