HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures that your holiday home in Siolim is cleaned once a day between 10 am and 5:30 pm. Fresh towels and linen are provided during your stay. To conserve water, towels, and linen are changed upon request, with a maximum frequency of every 3 nights at our luxury apartments in Goa.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We collect a security deposit amount of 10,000 (short stay) and Rs. 20,000 (long stay) in cash at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount.
MEALS
We can arrange breakfast at a fixed cost. For other meals, we can organize a cook or chef (at an additional charge, with groceries billed at actual cost). Please let us know in advance so we can make all the arrangements for your stay at our 2 BHK villa in Siolim. Swiggy and Zomato also deliver to the property for your convenience.
MONTHLY STAYS
We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays; to avail of these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (WIFI, Tata Sky, water, electricity, laundry, linen, and towels).
NETWORK
Please note that Jio works well in the property, but Vodafone and Airtel have very limited range.

Please note : The gated community pool will be under maintenance from 4th March to 20th March 2025. During this time the pool will be not functional however the pool from the El Tesoro 1 can be used. This pool will be in the other compound and will be accessible from a different entrance from 9 am to 9 pm.
