The apartment is part of a secure gated community that features a well-maintained swimming pool and a cozy pool house. Whether you're soaking up the sun or taking a leisurely swim, the pool area provides a relaxing escape, perfect for unwinding with your favorite beverages.
Housekeeping & Services
Daily housekeeping is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to keep your holiday home clean and comfortable. Fresh towels and linen are provided, with replacements available on request. To support water conservation, towels and linens are changed a maximum of once every three nights.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is collected in cash at the time of check-in—?10,000 for short stays and ?20,000 for long stays. In the event of any damages to the property or missing items, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit.
Meals
We can arrange for a chef on call, whose service can be booked directly (groceries at cost and a cooking charge based on your requirements). Please inform us in advance so we can ensure someone is available during your stay. Alternatively, you can order in.
Groceries
We’ll share contact details of a local vendor who delivers directly to the apartment (a small delivery fee applies). Additionally, Instamart and Blinkit both service this area for quick online grocery deliveries. You’ll also find convenience stores and supermarkets nearby for any essentials you may need during your stay.
Network & Connectivity
While mobile network coverage for Vi, Airtel, and Jio may be limited in this area, guests can stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, subject to availability, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
