HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Daily housekeeping occurs between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, including fresh towels and linens replenished every 3 nights to help us conserve water.

MEALS
Your villa stay includes the services of a dedicated caretaker who will assist with daily tasks, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The caretaker can also prepare meals, including breakfast, for an additional fee. Please note that groceries are not included, but the caretaker is happy to help with shopping if needed.

NETWORK
Wifi is provided at all our villas.

Pet Policies and rules:
Security Deposit: An additional INR 10,000/- security deposit per pet will be charged for any damages.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per villa.
Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the pool or off-leash in common areas.
Pet Essentials: Please bring your pet’s bedding and toys to ensure their comfort.
Outdoor Play: Pets are welcome in the lawns, but please wash their paws and fur before bringing them back indoors.
Cleaning: You’re responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste properly.
Supervision: Always supervise your pet outdoors, especially after dark, as there may be wildlife or other hazards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates:

0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)

Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.

Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)

0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.

Credit Note Terms:

1. The credit note must be used to Stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking

2. The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.

3. To redeem/transfer the credit note, please email Reservations@thebluekite.com along with details. Any difference in the amount must be pre-paid to confirm the new booking.

4. No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.

This was my 3 visit in a year at the Blue Kite property, all the properties are at its best, but this was one of the best I have stayed, one of the prime location, near by beaches, near by cafe’s and near by club’s.The care taker of the house really took a good care of us for cleanliness, and she was a very good cook as she made breakfast for us.After staying here am not staying anywhere else whenever I will visit goa again.

Swimming pool is sparkling clean, care taker Lakshmi is such pleasure to deal with, she is ever smiling, friendly and so approachable. We got home cooked delicious food on demand. We are going to come back again for sure. Manager Pandurang is polite and courteous. Don’t think twice to book this place, its close to beach and clubs.
