HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Our dedicated housekeeping team ensures that your private villas in Vagator are cleaned once a day between 10 am and 5 pm. Fresh towels and linen are provided during your stay. In our efforts to conserve water, our team changes the towels and linen upon request, with a maximum frequency of every 3 nights.
MEALS
Meals are not included in the pricing, but we offer the convenience of arranging a cook/chef for you. You can directly pay for their services, which include groceries based on actuals and a "making" charge tailored to your requirements. We recommend informing us in advance to ensure availability during your stay.
MONTHLY STAYS
We offer generous monthly discounts on Villas for Rent in Goa with a pool for long stays at Vagator. Guests availing these discounts are responsible for utilities such as electricity, laundry of linen and towels, water tanker, and diesel for the GENSET.

Pet Policies and rules:
Security Deposit: An additional INR 10,000/- security deposit per pet will be charged for any damages.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per villa.
Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the pool or off-leash in common areas.
Pet Essentials: Please bring your pet’s bedding and toys to ensure their comfort.
Outdoor Play: Pets are welcome in the lawns, but please wash their paws and fur before bringing them back indoors.
Cleaning: You’re responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste properly.
Supervision: Always supervise your pet outdoors, especially after dark, as there may be wildlife or other hazards.
