This villa is perfectly located for those wanting to explore different parts of North Goa: you will be at mid point between the famous Candolim/ Calangute and Morjim/ Ashvem beaches. Cycle along the Chapora River, visit the local but seasonal Hill Top market, grab a nice sunset drink at W hotel or do some kayaking at Vaayu… you are at the heart of activities. The best of what Goa has to offer will be within 10 min drive (Olives, Thalassa, Sublime, Ruta's Roadhouse, Villa Blanche etc.). Alternatively, make yourself a gourmet meal after shopping in the local markets or get a cook on call to stay within the intimacy of the villa.

The big glass windows and double height ceilings in the spacious living-dining area will make you feel in harmony with nature. For those who need to remain connected, Wifi & Tata sky will be available at the villa. You can access the private garden and pool from the main living area, lounge chairs are waiting for you.

All bedrooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom, on the first floor, has a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy your tea/coffee or the sunset. You may also have butterflies and birds to give to company, thanks to the well thought of plants that have been planted.

House Rules

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
- 100% refund if cancellation is done 15 days before the check-in date. 50% amount refunded if cancellation is done within 15 - 7 days of the check-in date. No refund if cancellation done within 7 days or less. Refunded amount to be adjusted in the same way as the payment was made. The refund will reflect within 7-10 working days.
- Minimum age of the primary guest must be at least 18 years.
- As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that PAN card will not be accepted as a valid identity proof. In that case, the check-in would be denied by The Blue Kite staff due to lack of required documents, and we will not be able to refund you, the booking will have to be considered as "no show".
- The per night tariff does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, extra bed etc.
- Late check-out will be approved by our building manager based on availability at the time of the stay. However, check-out post 7 PM will have to be charged as 1 extra night stay.

HOUSE RULES & SMOKING POLICY
- We welcome families, couples and mixed groups, not stags. We also don't accommodate weddings and parties.
- Our homes are all part of peaceful gated community so loud music & parties are not allowed beyond 10PM.
- Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas.  A fine of Rs 10,000 will be charged if found smoking inside these homes.
- Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the at the time of booking (number of people, composition of the group). If the information is found incorrect, TheBlueKite reserves the right to refuse entry. Each home has a set capacity, as chosen by its owner, so please check with us before inviting visitors.
- Guests will be responsible for their own belongings

SECURITY DEPOSIT
- The home you are renting is somebody’s holiday home, we hope you will treat it with respect and consideration, as if it were your own home. We collect a security deposit of Rs.10,000 at the time of check-in and the same is returned to the guests at the time of check-out provided the house is returned in the same condition. If any contents within the house are damaged or lost, the guests will need to reimburse the value of those contents.
                                                                                                                                                 
CONCIERGE 
- Our dedicated and attentive concierge team is available to you to assist you with cab bookings, restaurant reservations and other experience-related help that you may require. Do inquire about our additional services as they are subject to availability and season.

SAFETY & SECURITY 
- La Maroma Estate has 24 hour security, round the clock to safe guard you and your loved ones.

POOL & DECK 
- Please ensure no glass bottles or breakables are taken near the pool area. We expect our guests to love our villas as if they were yours. The pool is cleaned regularly. However being Goa, we don't promise you a leaf or two may not find their way into the pool. We can provide folates upon request, feel free to ask the Concierge team.

HOUSEKEEPING 
- Our housekeeping staff are available between 9AM and 6PM. If you would like to have your villa cleaned please do let them know at the beginning of the day.

BATH-LINEN 
- In our bid to help protect the environment, we change bath linen upon request with a maximum of every 3rd day.
