House Rules

HOUSE RULES
  • We welcome families, couples and mixed groups, not stags.
  • The home you are renting is somebody’s holiday home, we hope you will treat it with respect and consideration, as if it were your own home. We collect a security deposit at the time of check-in and the same is returned to the guests at the time of check-out provided the house is returned in the same condition. If any contents within the house are damaged or lost, the guests will need to reimburse the host the value of those contents.
  • Our homes are all part of peaceful gated community so loud music & parties are not allowed beyond 10pm.
  • Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises & smoking is allowed only on the balconies and outdoor areas.
  • Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the serviced apartment at the time of booking (number of people, composition of the group). If the information is found incorrect, the host has the right to refuse entry. Each home has a set capacity, as chosen by its owner, so please check with us before inviting visitors.
  • Guests will be responsible for their own belongings.
  • Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of every 3 nights.
  • The apartment has an inverter which will power the fans and basic lights in case of power outage.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
100% refund if cancellation is done 15 days before the check-in date. 50% amount chargeable if cancellation is done within 15 - 7 days of the check-in date. No refund less than 7 days. Refunded amount to be adjusted in the same way as the payment was made. The refund will reflect within 10 -15 working days.
  • Minimum age of the primary guest must be at least 18 years.
  • As per government regulations, it is mandatory for all the guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that PAN card will not be accepted as a valid identity proof. In that case, the check-in would be denied by The Blue Kite staff due to lack of required documents, and we will not be able to refund you, the booking will have to be considered as "no show".
  • The per night tariff does not include charges for services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, extra bed etc. 
  • Late check-out will be approved by our building manager based on availability at the time of the stay. However, check-out post 7 PM will have to be charged as 1 extra night stay.
