We had the pleasure of staying at El Rocio with The Blue Kite for 5 nights, and everything from the time we checked in until check out was perfect. The manager for our apartment Bernice was so Profesional, polite, friendly and helpful right from when she contacted us before we even arrived to helping with recommendations for places around and her responses were always so prompt and polite. The housekeeping staff were equally professional and polite. Interacting with Bernice and the team was such a breeze, unlike at other places we have stayed at before. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very well maintained and so clean! We traveled as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was perfect for all of us, even the kids loved the place and all the amenities provided made it a seamless experience. The pool was lovely too, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery which gave us a lot of privacy and almost the sense of having a private pool. The location of the apartment is amazing too, sort of in the center of everything we wanted to do in Goa and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Assagao. All in all, it was 10/10 for us and The Blue Kite is probably our go-to for holiday rentals in Goa now! ?
