It was a pleasurable stay. A very spacious villa, enough for a family of 8. Checkin and checkout process was very smooth. Rohit was very warm and helpful in describing the feature of the villa, nearby attractions, and renting automobiles. It is very near to sequerim beach which is a very peaceful beach in Goa. Maid used to come daily and clean the house and utensils in our absence. Overall a very good experience.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Aguada Anchorage Villa with 6 member & child family at Candolim a bare 10 minute walk to the Sinquerim beach. A well ventilated place which has all the amenities- including kitchen ware in the premises and cooking. Even small things like kitchen rolls etc were promptly supplied. Cooking gas ran out but Daniel himself brought in a new cylinder pronto- but this important aspect of refilled cooking gas needs to be kept in centre sight - a standby refill must be kept in the premises as per safety norms. The Villa was kept very clean and tidy by Sangita every morning- hard working and a willing worker. Daniel recommended a wonderful cook - Mushqeri-who prepared amazing home cooked food for all of us! Daniel and all other supporting staff were kind and very cooperative and took good care of us Thanks Mukul Chatterjee

We stayed in a 4 bedroom villa in the AGUADA ANCHORAGE villa resort (Villa no. 39). It’s a nice place with lots of villas inside a common, guarded property. So it’s safe. It has a common pool and a restaurant. There are many restaurants within walking distance and it’s adjacent to Taj Aguada hotel. The villa was as advertised, neat and clean. It was serviced once a day and had 2 kitchens, 1 on each floor. It had a TV on which we could log into our account of Netflix etc. This was good for the kids. The WiFi was decent speed. There was parking for 1 vehicle inside the villa and a couple of vehicles outside the villa. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay.

The space was perfect for our family of 8. It is a short walk (10 mins) away from Sinquerim beach. The beach itself was great in the mornings and not too crowded despite it being year-end. The house is located inside a gated community and the interiors are tasteful. During check-in, the community security insists on a photograph of Aadhaar card which seemed excessive although the hosts have all our details. We ordered breakfast from the in-house cafe on all days and the service was prompt and food was tasty. Swiggy delivery is permitted to the house. We experienced a few plumbing issues in 2 of the bathrooms and spotty availability of hot water. The washing machine and dish washer also didn't work well. Spotted a couple of cockroaches in the house. There is a cleaning service every day. Thanks to Daniel for all his help.

We were a group of 7 friends and family that stayed at the property. Its a 4BHK Villa in a gated community. The house is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully planned. Housekeeping was regular and high quality. The beds, beddings, toiletries were high quality. A much larger group can easily be accommodated in the house. The community has 2 pools, one not in such great shape, but the other one was very good. it also has a small green patch, not too well maintained. But we didnt mind it, since we were out most of the time anyways. The best part was the location. Its right at the aguada candolim juncture, so everything was closeby - beaches, shops, casinos and tons of restaurants.

The property is suitably located, and easily accessible. Well constructed with open space on ground level and balconies for the first floor. Electric connection is good, the MCB trips only if all ACs are switched on. Probably waste food disposal in the property or nearby properties needs improvement - occasional non-lethal insects are found in the kitchen areas and the bathrooms. Bathroom fittings in one ground floor rooms needs maintenance - water was being wasted. We had hired two 'Rent-a-Car' from Dabolim airport for easy mobility. Parking space is more than adequate. Overall, an excellent choice for stay.
