Our stay in the apartment was overall good. Communication went smoothly. Many thanks to Joyjeet, who was always helpful and easily reachable. A big thank you also to Rupa – the breakfast was truly delicious – and to Ramesh for carrying our luggage :) However, there are a few points we would like to mention: unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the shower. Having only 15 liters of hot water available for six people in winter is quite problematic. Additionally, the furnishings are not as modern as shown in the pictures. The furniture is outdated (heating, cabinets, bathroom, etc.) and several areas are in need of renovation. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We had a relaxing stay at the property - with the help of BlueKite and the on-the-ground staff, who were responsive, helpful and friendly. The property is as it is shown in the photos - with lots of space, privacy and comfort. It was located close to where we needed to be in a safe area. The staff was flexible to our needs throughout the stay.

Really amazing and comfortable stay!! Fantastic location, close to everything, metro was a quick auto-ride away. The host was really responsive and answered all our questions before and during the stay. Will absolutely stay here again during my next visit to Delhi. Highly recommend.

We booked the property for 9 days/nights. After checking in, we realized that the house looks terribly different from the pictures online. I sent numerous pictures and videos to the Bluekite team. The property was so bad that we have to check out within a day and book another Airbnb. Bluekite did not entertain our request to move us somewhere else or refund. Never had a such a bad experience anywhere else. The description of the house online is very deceiving. These guys are fraudulent. The house was stained. Electric wires are coming out, the house is surrounded by ugly/dirty surroundings. we did not feel like getting into showers or entering into the kitchens. We could feel the springs on the mattresses.

We had an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, just as shown in the pictures, and is located in a nice locality, making it close to everything and very convenient. It’s so calming and luxurious! Our check-in was very smooth, and the stay was also very comfortable. Joyjeet responded to all our queries and was very understanding. Mr. Kishan, the caretaker, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Kudos to the team for the well-thought-out breakfast the next morning. My entire group loved the property. Highly recommended. Hoping for a visit super soon :)

Comfortable Stay House help was great, they really cook good food (Breakfast). Easy to find, all the online services like blinkit, Tomato etc never calls to ask you where exactly to deliver the stuff, convenient location. Joyjeet is always available on call. Overall good stay.

The caretakers of this place definitely deserve the first mention. Very thoughtful and very helpful, always available and easy to communicate. The property is located in a very nice and secure area as well, one of the reasons we chose it. The only point being, pictures used on the listing seem to be old, even though it is a new listing. Not that it makes the property any less functional. Recommended for big groups!

Great place! As one of the first guests, all the linens and towels were brand new. The apartment looks EXACTLY like the pictures, the hosts stocked the kitchen for us and Lalit, the caretaker, was there to clean every day for us. Lalit even offered to cook for us, going above and beyond to ensure that we felt at home and comfortable and the apartment. The location was also amazing, being only a 15 minute drive away from Connaught place. All in all, a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming to Delhi!
