It’s located in a very peaceful neighbourhood. The condo has good plants and trees. The apartment is very nicely maintained and is equipped with all consumer goods necessary to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. Restaurants and beaches are about 4+ kms from here hence you will need your transport. Altaf the care taker was very responsive and ready to help. The housekeeping staff is also very good. Overall a very good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at the Vianaar Santa Terra property in Reis Magos operated by Blue Kite. Daniel who helped us with our booking and stay was extremely helpful throughout our time there. The property was exactly like the pictures posted on the website. It was well maintained and meticulously cleaned for the duration of our stay. The housekeeping stay did a great job of attending to our requests. I would definitely recommend blue kite and their properties to anyone visiting Goa.
