I was there for 2 nights and that place felt like Home.
It had everything a person requires… the place is as exact as pictures.

Ledia’s place is really well designed, we loved the aesthetic of the place. It’s extremely spacious and the apartment complex is lovely. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which was clean and maintained well. The place had Board games, TV and a really good speaker system too. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, with good cutlery and kitchen equipment.

There were two issues with the water flow in the bathroom and the AC leaking at a point but both issues were resolved by Ledia very promptly as soon as we informed her. Ledia is welcoming, responsive and very helpful. She also helped us arrange rental cars.

Great stay for a long vacation in North Goa

We had a great time staying at this property for a small vacation to Goa with my parents. The place was just as described – the photos matched exactly, and the space was beautiful, airy, and very spacious. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect too, making it easy to explore both North and South Goa. Plus, the host was very friendly and responsive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Goa!

El Rosario hosting by the BlueKite was a great place to stay. Had an awesome time staying here at El Rosario 01 (The Blue Kite) during a recent trip!
The property was absolutely beautiful - it was roomy, clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything you'd need right there! From appliances to linen, and toiletries, everything was taken care of. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Ledia D'Souza and the staff at the property throughout tasks like helping rent vehicles, locate convenient bus stops and shops too.
Although most locations are a drive away, the property is centrally located to most places in and around North Goa and Panjim. The checkin time is at 2PM, however depending on the situation they also accomodated us a bit early.
I would definitely recommend staying here to anybody who's looking for an easy and peaceful time in Goa!

We stayed at El Rosario Flat 01 . Beautiful property and apartment was spanking new and it was very tastefully done. The support staff of Blue kite Ledia and team were very helpful and prompt is assisting us. We enjoyed our stay at the property and the Sparkling wine which Ledia gave for 31st Dec celebration.
