We stayed at two of their properties - La Dora, Vagator, and El Tesoro, Siolim. Both the properties were conveniently located, very well maintained, and had all the required amenities. The caretakers, Laxmi (Villa no. 4, La Dora) and Pavan (F3, El Tesoro), were easily accessible and very helpful. Would certainly explore more properties by The Blue Kite on our next trip.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with luggage, or just checking in to see if we needed anything, their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference in our stay. To top it off, her cooking skills were amazing. Everything she cooked was outstanding, she never said no for anything.<br/>The location was great—close to ozran brach and the amenities provided made everything so convenient.<br/>I’d absolutely recommend this place, not just for the space itself, but for the genuinely kind and helpful people behind it. This was my 3 visit in a year at the Blue Kite property, all the properties are at its best, but this was one of the best I have stayed, one of the prime location, near by beaches, near by cafe’s and near by club’s.The care taker of the house really took a good care of us for cleanliness, and she was a very good cook as she made breakfast for us.After staying here am not staying anywhere else whenever I will visit goa again.

We friends stayed here at Ladora blue kite for 3 nights, what amazing property, excellent and prompt service. Swimming pool is sparkling clean, care taker Lakshmi is such pleasure to deal with, she is ever smiling, friendly and so approachable. We got home cooked delicious food on demand. We are going to come back again for sure. Manager Pandurang is polite and courteous. Don’t think twice to book this place, its close to beach and clubs.

We stayed at La Dora estate in a 3 bedroom villa for 3 nights. These are newly built villas and the location of these villas is super convenient. Lakshmi, the house help was super accommodative. We have stayed with Blue Kite properties a lot and they never disasspoint.

If you are scrolling lot of property, stop and take it if it is available.Every single rupee is worth it. It’s a best in class for big family and friends. Heart of goa you can reach to best beach clubs in 5 min. The manager Purnedu, laxshmi the care taker, will make you feel like you are most important thing for them, they are very professionals. I am writing this review for a reason as I make my decision looking at comments and it’s a responsibility for us to share feelings that ensure your fellings are taken care in same way. Just go for it and you will thank me for this review.
