The perfect place for family. We are couple with three kids and this apartment was a perfect variant to stay in Delhi for us. The district around is quiet, clean and safe, there are many cafe and restaurants for breakfast and dining. Deer park is just 2 min walk from apartment - amazing spot to spend time with kids. The apartment is modern, very clean, fresh and stylish. It has absolutely everything you may need for comfortable stay. The staff is super helpful, they met us for check in even at midnight ????huge huge thanks for everything you made for us!

And it’s very close, just 2 min walk from Deer Park - amazing spot for walking with kids. The apartment is modern, very clean, fresh and stylish! It has absolutely everything you may need. The staff is super helpful, they met us for check even in at midnight. So, this is the best place in Delhi where to stay with kids. Safe area, clean, everything you need is nearby.

The place look exactly like the pictures, if not better. Definitely more spacious than the pictures. It’s also super easy to locate. Also, the service provided by Ajesh, the housekeeper was fab - he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We couldn’t get the door open the first night we were there because of an issue with the key and had to disturb him around 12:00 AM so we could get help with it and he was so sweet and super helpful - assisted us instantly, sensed we felt bad about bothering him and reassured us that it was not an issue. Would definitely return for the beautiful house, location and the service!

All the team members of blue kite team were friendly and if there was any problem the response was immediate . Aajesh caretaker was good and sincere. Mayank the relationship manager was also very active and helpful . We would like to visit again . Kudos blue kite team .

I had a fantastic stay at this property in Green Park, Delhi. The location is unbeatable—right near the Central Market and surrounded by plenty of local restaurants, cafes, and lounges. It felt like I was in the heart of everything! The property itself exceeded my expectations—it was even better than the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise.<br/>Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff were very polite and helpful. The caretaker was always available and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. While the check-in and check-out times were a bit strict, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the place was mind-blowing and far better than advertised. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

Good location. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants. The place is well maintained, spacious, clean, modern and well lit. The building has an elevator and a parking spot which was highly convenient. The 3 bedrooms have their private bathrooms which was very nice for our group of 3. The kitchen is well stocked. The Blue Kite team was very helpful, responsive and courteous. They provide daily housekeeping, if needed. It is a bit pricey but we were very comfortable here, really enjoyed the place and would happily return again.

Highly recommended. Absolutely amazing experience staying at Urban Perch by the blue Kite! The place was clean with stunning interiors. It is pretty good with all amenities and at a perfect location with many restaurants around in the heart of the city. We had a really nice time staying and the care taker was courteous enough to let us extend our stay a bit on the last day which was super helpful.
