Excellent place for a family to stay. Located in north Goa and easily accessible to all the restaurants and beaches. Very responsive and the caretaker Putun was very good, she took very good care of us and served excellent breakfast. Each dish was very tasty. Overall, would definitely recommend to book your villa through Blue Kite. Thank you Team for the amazing stay!

The place was amazing! The place was pristine. The neighbourhood was quiet and green. The staff were understanding and accommodating. We went with my 18 month old kid and the staff arranged for all the necessary things I requested. The entire process was clean and efficient. Extremely welcoming very mindful. Would definitely go back.

We (3 adults and 2 kids under 6) stayed at villa 8 from Jan 5-10th. It was exceptional experience. Pandurang and his team of care takers especially Putul was really great. From breakfast to pool to private chef for meals are all truly fantastic. The property is well maintained and the cleanliness and service were really great! Honestly, we had no complaints in any department.

My stay at the villa no 8 at Vianaar properry - La Maroma estate Vagator was absolutely incredible. The picturesque surroundings and luxurious amenities exceeded all expectations. The spacious rooms and breathtaking views made for a truly relaxing and indulgent holiday. The private pool and well-manicured gardens added an extra touch of glamour to the experience. The attentive staff were always on hand to cater to our every need, and the breakfast prepared for us by "Putul" was nothing short of exquisite. I can recommend this villa highly enough for anyone looking for a lavish and rejuvenating holiday retreat. I will definitely be returning for another unforgettable stay.
