LOCATION
The apartment for stay in Goa is located in the highly popular locality of Parra - 5 to 10 min from all the famous restaurants of Anjuna and Assagao (Mojigao, Coco's Kitchen, Thalassa, Olive Kitchen and Bar, Burger Factory, Sublime, etc.). It is 15 to 20 min from the popular beaches (Vagator, Anjuna, Calangute, Baga, etc.).
Please Note: The gated community pool will be unavailable until December 15, 2024. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and are offering a reduced apartment rate as compensation.
HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the 1 BHK apartment in Goa once a day between 10 am to 6 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.
MEALS
Our pricing does not include meals. However, we can help arrange a cook whom you pay directly for their services (groceries on actuals and “a making” charge which depends on your requirements). Please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure somebody is available during your stay. Else, Swiggy delivers to the building.
MONTHLY STAYS
We offer generous monthly discounts for long stays at our villa with a private pool in Goa - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (WIFI, Tata sky, electricity, water, laundry of linen & towels).
NETWORK
Please note that Jio works well in the building but Vodafone and Airtel have very limited range.
