HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes daily cleaning of the apartment in Reis Magos between 10 am to 6 pm. Towels and linen are provided during your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to conserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request, with a maximum interval of every 3 nights.
MEALS
Our pricing for the 1 BHK apartment in Goa does not cover meals. However, we can assist in arranging a cook for you, whom you pay directly for their services (groceries on actuals and a 'making' charge, depending on your requirements). Kindly inform us in advance so we can ensure someone is available during your stay. Alternatively, Swiggy delivers to the building.
MONTHLY STAYS
We offer generous monthly discounts for our apartments in North Goa for stay. To avail these discounts, guests are responsible for utilities (electricity, WIFI, Tata Sky, water, laundry of linen & towels).
NETWORK
Please note that Jio works well in the area, but VI and Airtel have very limited coverage (network issues inside the apartment, hence WiFi is provided).
Also, please be aware that there is construction ongoing in the adjoining property, resulting in noise between 9 am to 6 pm.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EXTERIOR PAINTING WORK WILL BE ONGOING ON THE PROPERTY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
