Situated in Assagao, this luxurious 4 BHK villa with a private pool is the perfect getaway for families or groups. With four ensuite bedrooms, spacious living areas, and modern amenities like AC and Wi-Fi, it’s perfect for a comfortable stay. Conveniently close to North Goa's top attractions, the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. Situated in a gated community with 24-hour security, it also includes the services of a dedicated caretaker.

Please Note: Construction is underway in our neighborhood and waterproofing work will be carried out in the adjacent villas from 3rd Feb 2025 to 16th April 2025. You can expect noise during the day time.

LOCATION
Close to Vagator beach (5.9km) and Anjuna beach (6km), La Verona enjoys proximity to upscale dining options such as Jamun (1.1km), Sopo (1km), Maai (750m), Gun Powder (800m), Izumi (700m), and shopping destinations like Rangeela (500m), The Flame store Assagao (550m), and NAD (950m), making it an ideal spot for indulgence.

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning our villa in Goa for stay once a day between 10 am and 5 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of once every 3 nights.

MEALS
Your villa stay includes the services of a dedicated caretaker who will assist with daily tasks, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The caretaker can also prepare meals, including breakfast, for an additional fee. Please note that groceries are not included, but the caretaker is happy to help with shopping if needed.

NETWORK
While cellular coverage for Vi, Airtel, and Jio may be limited, we prioritize your connectivity with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please note, the network is subject to availability.

Pet Policies and rules:
Security Deposit: An additional INR 10,000/- security deposit per pet will be charged for any damages.
Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets allowed per villa.
Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in the pool or off-leash in common areas.
Pet Essentials: Please bring your pet’s bedding and toys to ensure their comfort.
Outdoor Play: Pets are welcome in the lawns, but please wash their paws and fur before bringing them back indoors.
Cleaning: You’re responsible for cleaning up after your pet and disposing of waste properly.
Supervision: Always supervise your pet outdoors, especially after dark, as there may be wildlife or other hazards.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates:

0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)

Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.

Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)

0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.

Credit Note Terms:

1. The credit note must be used to Stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking

2. The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.

3. To redeem/transfer the credit note, please email Reservations@thebluekite.com along with details. Any difference in the amount must be pre-paid to confirm the new booking.

4. No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.

"Spacious and Stylish Stay at La Verona Villa #7."We, as a couple recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-day stay with friends at this new property La Verona, Assagaon. We stayed in Villa no 7 - a spacious 4 bedroom place. Just off the main Anjuna Mapusa road, it is sufficiently inside to be insulated from traffic noise. The location is incredibly convenient, with several excellent restaurants in the vicinity such as Mustard, Vinayak, Avo’s Kitchen, Izumi , Tamil Table and many more. The beautiful banyan tree gracing the garden, created a serene and picturesque atmosphere. You also get a view of its rich foliage from the bedrooms. The pool is a decent size for leisurely dips, and the villa itself is impeccably designed with lovely art throughout. and The large dining cum living room makes for warm interactive evenings , and one can venture through the full glass doors into the garden. As the villa is fully serviced our stay was truly hassle-free.Highly recommended for a family or group of friends .

A perfect weekend at the Brand-New Villa #7, La VeronaWe had a wonderful weekend getaway at Villa #7, La Verona in Assagaon, Goa, This brand-new villa is a lovely example of modern design and natural tranquility. Spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and tastefully furnished, it was truly a luxurious retreat.The garden, with its towering banyan tree, was the heart of the property—a perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy quiet moments and the pool was a highlight, a well sized spot for both fun and relaxation.The villa’s location is ideal too- just a short walk away from great dining spots like Izumi, gunpowder, Bawri etc and shopping at flame and Rangeela.The attentive caretaker ensured our stay was seamless and comfortable. Our 3-day stay here was lovely, and we would definitely recommend Villa #7 at La Verona.
