Located in Sinquerim, the villa is 8 min walk to the beach and 5 to 10 min drive from the most popular restaurants of Goa! The gated community is equipped with 24X7 security, restaurant, housekeeping services and an inverter (No Genset) for the frequent Goan power cuts. The villa has a Private pool plus a large common pool. This villa has 4 bedrooms with private balconies and garden. It has 4 beds and 2 mattresses and can sleep 10 people comfortably.

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
Housekeeping includes cleaning of the villa once a day between 10 am and 5 pm. Towels and linen are provided as part of your stay. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights.
MEALS
Our pricing does not include meals. However, we can help arrange a cook/chef whom you pay directly for their services (groceries on actuals and “a making” charge which depends on your requirements). Please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure somebody is available during your stay.
NETWORK
While cellular coverage for Vi, Airtel, and Jio may be limited, we prioritize your connectivity with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please note, the network is subject to availability.
