The villa boasts sloping roofs, high ceilings, double-height staircases, covered verandahs, and spacious, naturally lit rooms. The meticulously designed villa offers both comfort and styles, with a seating area by the pool and a private garden reminiscent of an old Goan house.

LOCATION
This 4 BHK villa for rent in Goa is situated in the highly desirable area of Parra, just 10 to 15 minutes from well-known restaurants in Anjuna and Assagao, such as Mojigao, Thalassa, Olive Bar & Kitchen, Bawri, Hosa, Sublime, Sopo, Maai, and Taupe by Titlie. It is also a short drive away from Vagator and Anjuna beaches.

HOUSEKEEPING & SERVICES
We have a caretaker for the villa who is available from 10 am to 6 pm everyday. Towels and linens are provided at all our properties. To conserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request, with a maximum frequency of once every 3 nights.

MEALS
Your villa stay includes the services of a dedicated caretaker who will assist with daily tasks, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The caretaker can also prepare meals, including breakfast, for an additional fee. Please note that groceries are not included, but the caretaker is happy to help with shopping if needed.

Network
While cellular coverage for Vi, Airtel, and Jio may be limited, we prioritize your connectivity with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please note, the network is subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable on Standard Dates:

0-7 Days Before Check-In: No refund or credit note issued
8-15 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 70% credit note
16-30 Days Before Check-In: 80% refund (subject to a processing fee) or a 100% credit note
Beyond 30 Days Before Check-In: Full refund (subject to a processing fee)

Note: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds and refunds will take up to 15 working days.

Cancellation Policy applicable on Peak Dates bookings: (This policy covers any booking which contains at least 1 peak day from the peak dates list given at the end)

0-30 Days Before Check-In: No refunds or credit notes issued.

Credit Note Terms:

1. The credit note must be used to Stay within 6 months from the date of cancellation of the original booking

2. The credit note must be used to pay for the property and against the booking value and not additional services.

3. To redeem/transfer the credit note, please email Reservations@thebluekite.com along with details. Any difference in the amount must be pre-paid to confirm the new booking.

4. No Discounts will be applied when using the credit note and the new booking will be non-refundable and cannot be amended.
